Mamiya7 and its lenses are just superb. Super sharp, super quick to shoot, and very easy to handle. Focusing throw is very short for an MF system and you can use it just like you use 35mm RF.

I dont know any really portable MF camera, I used to own Fuji GA645 which was one of the smallest MF RF but it was still big brick. Not in terms of going shooting but as daily camera hanging on the shoulder. IMO you'd better get 35mm RF. Another thing about contemporary MF RFs is that they have perfect and razor sharp lenses, but they lack of character.

Tareq, I would say - start off with the Mamiya 7, use it for a while and should you then feel that there is a gap to be filled then go for the G(S)W690.
