Micro-Tools closing

I had an email today from Micro-Tools informing me that they're closing down:

Before the business closes on December 31, 2025: once again, greatly increased discounts!

We would like to sincerely thank you for your trust and loyalty!

Until we close, we are offering our stock at attractive discounts – even on already reduced special offers.

The following discounts apply:
25% off for orders over €50,
50% off for orders over €100.

I believe just Micro-Tools Europe is closing down. No mention of closing on the U.S. site.
