If it is the same, or similar, sensor to the one in the X2, I would not worry about high ISO performance very much at all ...

What about dynamic range as ISO increases? Dropping a stop or two of DR to increase ISO can be a useful trade off for some scenes... other scenes - not so much.

I have not done calibrated tests to measure DR at different ISO settings, but if my 'practiced eye' is any judge, I'd say that {with the X2} between native and maximum ISO you go from, say, 11 stops to 8 stops of DR, with the last 1.5-2 stops or so in the range from ISO 1600 to 12500. This is pretty typical of today's generation of Sony APS-C sensors in this class.
8 stops of DR at ISO 12500 is plenty good enough for me.
