Shoot while exhaling gently -- a trick I was taught many years ago, and MUCH more stable than holding your breath.
That really works - old gun shooter trick. In fact, anything to reduce your heart rate will do.
Another thing is to lean your elbow against your upper body.
I usually try to shoot at 1/250 and above, even with a 28mm, unless movement is part of the picture, or its too dark.
