Cracked open the recently purchased Minolta F (Black Body) that was in not working shape. Fixed up the winder mechanism with some cleaning, made an adapter for the battery so I could use a Lithium 1/3N cell and a dummy in the other battery holder, then noticed the focus at infinity was off. I had another Hi-Matic FP that has a killing battery problem, but is perfect otherwise, so used that as and another camera (Yashica Electro GX) as a way to check that it was off. It was.
I cracked it open and with some help from the repair/assembly manual found the screw(s) that adjusted it. It was really touchy, but a with a little fiddling with loosening and tightening I figured it out. It's really sensitive to do, but it fixed the infinity adjustment and it also pulled in the short range focus as well.
I put it back together quickly just so I didn't break anything.
Here are a couple of pics, pretty easy work, just get the lid off the top, don't forget the 4 screws under the hot shoe. This camera had the cover plate for that missing so easy work. Plenty of guides/videos show that part. Now just need a hot shoe cover...
I tried to move the top silver screw but it didn't do anything, it was the bottom buried black screw that fixed my issues.
A few pics of it below.
