Missing DNG file

I have downloaded the new firmware and bought a new Sandisk Extreme III 16G card. I set my M8 to shoot both DNG and JPEG. The past couple of days, I have shot several hundred shots every day. What I noted was there were 1 or 2 shots every day when the DNG file was "0" (the JPEG file was there). Has any one experienced this before and does any one know why this happens?
