missing screw/plug from G 45mm lens

I was looking at the lens the other day when I noticed there was a hole in the body. Not sure if it is missing a screw or some kind of plug. I can seem some copper inside but nothing that looks like it can be adjusted.

Anyone know what is missing and where I can find a replacement?
