Personally, if they hit the jackpot by selling off some of their intellectual property it won't do much good considering their past track record. If the past is any indicator they will squander that too in a vain attempt to reinvent themselves yet again. Wish I could feel more upbeat but....

Kodak will soon introduce another Vision film.
And will expand their lines of archival films for motion picture.
Film will stay.

I had not meant film will disappear. Selling off some of their intellectual property sounds a lot like the leveraging they are talking about in your link. It is how they will use this cash that worries me a bit going on past record. Like I said, hope it works this time round.
