In the right corner, from Japan:
ebay 350487765613 - Nikon 5cm f1.1 hood with case and box, at $2700

I'm betting on this dark-horse entry, from Japan
ebay 110736422694 - a metal Nikon 5cm f1.1 hood, too bad it is damaged
