My 35/2.5 Skopar came loose

Well, the front part of the lens anyway where you screw on the filter. Luckily I have 2 of these things. But now I am afraid that the same fate will befall my still healthy one.

Has anyone else had this happen before, specifically on their 35/2.5 Skopar? Now I am aware of this fix, I am just not sure if the same procedure is applicable to the Skopar.

what version do you have? I have the old one, the LTM mount. I have this same problem. I just fixed it now. the front cover was not screw on, I try to unscrew it and it wont come off. I try ti use screw driver and make a small slot on it and force it to turn, finally it came off. there was small portion with adhesive to keep the front cover on, perhaps rubber cement or similar.

after taking off the front cover, you can see three screw right in front of it, I tighten it, put some rubber cement and put the front cover back. thats it. my hood is tight as new.
