My First "Death Stare"

I do get a look sometimes. But not very often

Yeah, if you're out shooting the public, you're gonna get the occasional stare. But there are stares, and then there are stares...

For some reason I get quite a lot of stares, and to tell the truth, I also like them..

Lotari, top one is great, what is is shot with? I guess Finnish weather lends itself to wide apertures in "daylight"

Is it just me or are a lot of these death stares making these pictures more compelling?

I was doing some street shooting around a busy downtown coffee shop. There was so much going on that I wanted to get a shot of the "buzz". I did not notice a homeless guy in a wheelchair, but he noticed me. He apparently does not like his picture taken as he came charging at me yelling and cursing and creating quite a scene. This experience has taught me to do a more detailed survey of a shot before I raise my camera.

No doubt in my mind that the death stares help the image. Certainly that's the case with mine.
