Developing is not a problem but scanning is. I can't afford a good quality scanner so i got to use labs to get my negs digitalized and the effects of such scannings are sometimes awful

Nice pics on my computer I have hard time telling its a bad scan. They actually look very good

Yep nice pics Nikos!
See if you can find a used Konica-Minolta IV, they are good and relatively cheap (they were about US$250 new). They scan up to 3200dpi.

Lucky those in USA. Minolta IV used ones go for about 250-300$ here...
