Bessa R is a little good camera, very easy to use, with a large and clear viewfinder, I bought mine from Cameraquest too some years ago, and I must say that Steve Gandy is a gentleman, be confdent with him.
R2 is more "strong", with a magnesium body, no selftimer ( 🙁), the same mechanic of the R, and an M mount for the optics (with an adapter you can use LTM lenses on an M mount, but not M lenses on an LTM mount). Your choice...
About lenses, Voigtlander lenses are very very good, with a "right" price, old Leica LTM lenses are nice an have "character", and if you are lucky you can find good bargains, M Leica lenses are "the top", but also costs a lot (too much for me...), and the new Zeiss are also at the top and a little "cheaper" then Leicas
