My latest, "new" Noblex 175UX

Freshly tuned by Bob Watkins. It is complicated beast, even when compared with my 150U, and I am still testing it, bu, I think I like it.

It is a great sturdy case. I briefly tried to figure out the manufacturer, but have zeroed in on it yet. I had never seen one before this and would like to have one for my 150U....

Now to find a panolux!

Follow-up...

I just developed my first (correctly loaded! ) roll and the shots look great. These are some seriously large negatives - I hope I can scan them in two passes with my CS9000. It works great with 2x12, so my fingers are crossed.

A year later update, if anyone is interested (Dogberry ?) - I found a nice 150UX that came with a Panolux and another aluminum case! So now I have the full kit for my 175UX. Unfortunately, the camera needs a service.

If anyone has experience with the Panolux, please let me know. I may try it for the first time tomorrow, if I can figure it out.

Oh, I believe the case manufacturer may have bee “Rimowa”.
