Very nice!!!

I love night photography... and you have a very suspenseful style

I hope you can put togethor a halloween themed series for the forum; the M7 & noctilux capturing the ghouls and goblins on All Hallow's Eve 🙂

seriously keep up the good work

Nice pics, I find HP5 most amazing night shooter why? because it has amazing dark tones! very classic anyhow what HP5 has to do with all this pics? I don`t know 🙂 nice pics again ...

The one of the cat has an interesting and very sudden image quality fall off in the corners, thats kinda weird, is this typical of the noctilux? Not that it mater, at these appatures the lens performs a lot better then all the moaning and groaning I hear about it, lovely shots.

Is it me or does that tree photo just "pop"... I don't need an urging to get more gear right now but that's nice stuff with an f1.0 lens!! 😀

Dave

I agree. Something about it looks different. When I first saw it I thought it was in minature or something due to the lighting. Pretty cool.

Thanks!

Thanks!

Thanks everyone for these comments! I plan on taking my Noctout on halloween and seeing what I can grab. Ill try the HP5 - I have shot HP5 before but only in the daylight, so Ill give it a shot at night. I have 2 rolls in the fridge along with some Delta 400 which I have yet to try.

I have had 2 others today tell me the tree looked like a miniature from a toy and one said it reminded her of the beginning of Mr Rogers Neighborhood (old kids TV show) - That was taken at night, on a tripod and it was lit by a street light, shot at F1.

The projecter image was for fun to see what would happen. I took a bunch more on a 2nd roll but have not processed them yet.

Thanks for the comments and even though the Noct is not a perfect lens and has faults, I still love it for what it can do (F1 at night!)

Thanks!

Steve
