My Leica IIIa is back from CLA

Hey all. Just wanted to share my experience with CLA.
I just got my Leica IIIa back! What to say, I never felt it's smoothness before and was believing that the action was smooth! Phew 🙂
Now it is up and running on all speeds and feels so... perfect!!!

It was my Leica III's first time (1935 made). I felt stupid that I never CLA'd the camera right after I bought it - it feels so different (in a very very nice way)! Ok, I am out of here, of to shoot some 🙂
Will post some pictures after I test it and see if I can recommend the guy - I know he is the best in the Baltic Region (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) but let see from experience!
...and YES, it was very great price as well ( around 100 USD).

That is a sweet price on the CLA! I hope the guy turns out to be good, if he is, I am sure he'll turn out to be a viable option to the (reportedly) inconsistent two guys who operate here in Stockholm. Looking forward to seeing some more photographs from you, really liked the ones you've shown here earlier.

My IIIa takes better pictures than my IIf. I don't know why;maybe the VF is better aligned.
