My New Son!

Thanks Everyone!

Elian is our third, the first being our daughter, Rocio, and her younger brother, Lucas.

I've always managed to capture shots similar to these with all of them, although this was the first time with a Leica. :) For me, having the camera around my neck was sort of a security blanket in such a stressful (but exciting) situation!
 
That's really special. We are expecting our first baby (a girl) any day now. Not sure I will have the composure of sure-handedness that you did! Cheers!

Too keep it RFF relevant, this was taken with a Leica M7 + Summicron 35mm ASPH. Film was Fuji Neopan 1600, souped in D-76.

Developed the second roll from the hospital! :) Sorry for being such a proud and happy dad - but I'm just too much of a proud and happy dad!

Congratulations in advance! I'm sure you'll hold up! Just use the AE on your M7 - it saves a *little* time in situations like these. :)
