I found this little bloke snoozing in a shed up the top of my property. I took this with my Pentax 67 ... when the shutter tripped he just about hit the ceiling and his eyes were like saucers!
He's never been back to that shed!

David thanks for posting your shots . I have never been successful shooting the little Dart frogs. Mine just never turn out as good as yours, being so reflective just kills me when I try to shoot them . If you come across more post away.

I took that photo with my x-pro1 and old 100mm macro takumar.
I was taking photos of the frogs at the national zoo and a gentlemen working there said he had to go into the back to feed some of the frogs and do some other stuff and offered to let my friend and I go into the back so we could take some closer photos! It was quite awesome. They sure are shiny little creatures and the lighting is very tricky -- not that we really have much control over that.
I really and truly do not have any more wildlife photos. Maybe a couple, but nothing worth sharing. I'll have to make a trip to the zoo or aquarium or something. I think I should sell my x-pro kit and get a new micro four thirds camera... or maybe go for a 5d mark ii.
