I think this seller just learned his lesson in ebay pricing. His first crop of auctions for $99 (or $199 depending on the body) BIN must have had a lot of takers fairly quickly, as his latest few auctions are for similar prices but as starting bids rather than BIN. Now an underpriced LTM body will probably sell for more than the $99 start.
From a seller's point of view, I wondered why list an item at, for example, $99 BIN vs. $99 at auction. If only one person is willing to pay $99, the result is the same. But if there are two potential buyers, BIN-only will reduce your selling price.
The other question is where is he getting so many LTM bodies...
