My Yashica Focus Tab Modification (photos)

Just wanted to give any of you out there who like focus tabs an idea.

This thread got me thinking about ways to add a focus tab to my GX, one of the only things I didn't like about it. So, here's what I did:

It's not all that pretty, but it works. I got the tabs from the seller mentioned in the thread I linked to above, and I bought some Scotch double sided adhesive from Target. I cut the tab and the adhesive down to size and popped it on...works great!

Anyway, not sure if this will help anyone or not, but I'm happy with it!

That looks great Patrick. Did you mount it so that at infinity it would clear the bottom of the camera? And does it wiggle a bit when it goes by the lowest point on the lens? I thought of putting them on my GL, but after looking at it, the existing ones are just fine. Will have to try this with some other cameras.
