Naet Image Scanner Profile

I purchased Neat Image today as part of the great trek I am on to get decent looking 35mm scans from my Epson 4990. Initial view is wow!

Do any of you know if there are any Neat Image profiles for the 4990? There are none on their site.

I'd be interested in what settings / work flow you use with Neat Image. I've used it and Noise Ninja but I find the end result has a 'plastic sheen' to it.
