So Leica is now using some of my photos for their promotional materials.

This is for the new Leica store and gallery in Los Angeles.

So this means I got photos being used by Leica and Zeiss for their stuff.

Dont know about you but I think that is kind of cool. There are other photos that are not studio shots, but those materials have not been released yet.

Oh yes, and the photo was taken with an M9....and a Zeiss 50 f2 ;)

Thanks everyone.

Guess something went wonky, I can see the pics and no one else can even though they are hosted on RFF.

Lets try this again.

FYI, I am seeing them in the first post, Firefox on Windows 7.

The first one shows a metallic 'Leica' mutant camera. Is that your own M-7-III?

Congratulations!

basically if they made that as a real camera, it would be my perfect Leica

barnack size, advance lever, modern film rewind, modern integrated RF/VF with projected framelines, lightmeter... well i guess the only thing missing is an updated shutter-speed dial, rather than the III style must-be-cocked-to-adjust speed dial

Just relinked to the images. Seems to have fixed it.

The mutant Leica is a stainless steel sculpture. I did a series of studio photo shoots of this and other editions of the sculpture one of which is almost as tall as me. I think Leica actually owns one of these sculptures too.
