Need help adjusting shutter speed 1/1000 and T

I need some help to adjusting shutter speed on my Leica IIIf particularly 1/1000 s and T. During CLA I took out and cleaned slow governor, now 1 sec is workings, but on T do the same. Set to T instead of one push open it, second push closed, it will open and running for about 1 s. and close itself. Other slow speed working 1/2s 1/4s 1/30s 1/20s.
If I set to the other side of the slow speed beyond 1/20s slowing again: 1/15s act as 1/2s 1/10s as 1s long. I took off slow speed button cap, but I was not able to loose the screw under it.

So far I just give more tension to the 2nd curtain spring, but not changed above behavior. Do you think it need more tension??

1/1000s adjusting: I also gave more tension (about 8-10 turns) on 1st curtain spring. Now I see some lights when cocked 1/1000s but only one end (from behind only the left end, where closing curtains) BTW 1/500s and so on slower looks like ok, because I can see open full frame for fraction of the second.

Any useful advice is highly appreciated.

Finally I was able to adjust 1/1000s, check under fluorescent light, every speed is working except in the slow speed 1/15 and 1/10. They act as 1s long. BTW T is still running only 1 s and close afterward.

If anyone face similar problem and already solved it please let me know.

Various sites on the web have IIIf repair manual for free download. It has as well a lot of explosion diagrams showing how various parts are assembled. It helps to have one. Clockwork for long time escape consists of two parts, for the time 20 15 and 10 one part of clockwork is disengaged. Engaging and disengaging is controlled by turning the speed dial for long times. On the rear side of the plate on which the speed dial is mounted you will find a piece of l shaped metal which I its lower part shall latch to the small bar on the long time escape. On the left side this bar is bent to the top. When mounting the front plate you have to position both l shaped bars in the way that the bending on the bar on escape is left to the bar connecting to the speed dial. Front plate has a hole of approx 3 mm (left bottom from lens mount) you may observe there of both bars are mounted in a proper way. Assuming that there are no other damages this shall resolve your problem with 10 and 15.
Adjustment for T is on the top of camera, close to speed wheel for short times. You might have observed, that 2nd curtain engages long time escape by moving the small piece of metal mounted on the shaft. There is as well a smalliece of metal there which shall block the shaft when set to T. This piece of metal is secured by a screw. It may be moved forward and backward to achieve blocking at T. main adjustment for,long time escape is at 1 sec. Adjustment for 1 sec can be done by taking off the cover on the dial wheel: 1 mm screw on the side and then unscrew. You will see a screw in the middle, loosen it, turn outer ring around the screw left or right depending if you need to make it longer and shorter the. Fix the middle screw again. You may need to repeat it few times until you fit to 1 sec. Having 1 sec set all other times shall be within the limit. Only then you shall adjust blocking for T.
I do not understand how the fluorescent light may help in adjusting curtain tension. You shall have stroboscope light, a method with CRT TV described in other threads may work as well. With this you will see if both curtains are travelling with approx the same speed. However for checking it the short term xposure times are correct you shall have electronic shutter tester, there are as well some apps for smartphones I heard.
