Need help for Setting the VueScan

I recently bought VueScan but unable to install it. I have paid For VueScan Pro, obtained the licence no and a customer no. But my installing fails and I got ended up paying and having a trial version Scanvue which gives Watermarks. There seem to have a strange and a very distance way to have customer service contacts. from Hamerik the person who sells it. No Direct contacts. In some point when get to their help line it clearly say you don't need direct contacts. Instead it leeds to a list of helping points which doesn't help me in my case.

Can someone ,who is familiar with this product, Perhaps long time Vuescan user may help me how to lead me to contact Hamrik or the people who sells this product please.

Hamrick runs a one man business. He explains somewhere on his site that he can only do this by handling customer support by email. He also says that most in most cases he just refers people to info that is on the website, so it may make sense looking there first.

The trial software is the same as the pro version, you just need to unlock it with the serial. You seem to have the software working. Does it reject your serial number?
