Need Manual for Sunpak Auto Zoom 3400

Sunpak Auto Zoom 3400 flash unit. Anyone have an instruction manual or know where to get one. I got the flash in a kit and want to know how to operate it Thanks

I just received one of these units in a package of gear I bought.

How save is it to use on modern digital cameras? The manual doesn't state any voltages.
The flash controls are pretty neat, both for Auto and manual use - the integrated flash bracket design is nice too.
