Edit: All spoken for. Thanks to everyone - now I can start filling up the camera cupboard once more. 😉

The camera cupboard is full and I need to pass on a couple of cameras that are just gathering dust at the moment.

(Gone to acroolite) Item the First: Fujica ST705 with Pentax 35mm f/2 Super-Takumar and 50mm f/1.4 SMC-Takumar.

The body is reasonably clean, light-tight where it needs to be, and mechanically working well. I have never used the meter so have no idea if it's functional. Both lenses have clean glass, although the 35mm has yellowed slightly; both diaphragms close down as they should but are a little sluggish to open up again afterwards (they get there in the end, and in any case it's not so much of a problem with M42 lenses).

(Gone to al1966) Item the Second: Pentax 6x7 non-MU with plain prism and SMC Pentax-6x7 165mm f/2.8.

The body and prism would probably be rated somewhere between BGN and UG on the KEH scale - showing wear but still (almost) fully functional. The only caveat is that the frame counter is a little bolshy and so one should really treat it as a nine-shooter. The lens is BGN-grade with a small chip on the front surface, filled in with a black Sharpie, which hasn't had any adverse effect on the images it has produced. There may be a strap to go with it, but I can't promise it.

(Gone to breathstealer) Item the Third: Mamiya 645 1000S body.

Comes with waist-level finder and 120 insert. Another BGN-grade item, all working as far as I remember, again light-tight where it should be but the film door seals could do with replacing. The 'body cap' is an 80mm f/1.9 C that needs some love - the linkage between focussing barrel and internal workings is broken, so the barrel turns freely but the lens won't focus. In all other respects the lens works well, so it may be worth the while of whoever takes this to have the lens repaired.

These are free to whomever wishes to take 'em and can pick 'em up from London (close to Aldgate East tube), any weekday between 10am and 5.30pm. If you're interested and can do this then please PM me, and please tell me which camera and/or lens you'd prefer.

My camera pile and future purchases thank you.

(The pick-up-in-person stipulation is there because I don't have the time to spare to pack and post anything)

I really should have seen this earlier... I live just a few stops away! Congrats to everyone who got some awesome deals through ruby.monkey's generosity.

Wow!

I hope the recipients will share with us photos they produce in appreciation to these *very* generous gifts from ruby.monkey (thumbs way up for you, sir!)

🙂

Thank you so much for the P67, the test negs are hung up to dry so I will post an example in the next day or so.

From the P67 its fantastic

Looking good. 🙂

So.... what are going to replace them with?
A Mamiya C330f, with 80mm f/2.8 to start. I thought about a Rolleiflex but a) I'm cheap, b) I like the look of those lovely Mamiya-Sekor lenses, c) I wanted a camera that had some heft and could take a bit of abuse, and d) my RZ-67 and 645 Pro TL would eat a Rolleiflex alive.

The package just came yesterday...
Will post some photo by the end of this week...

Thank you so much for those takumars.. 🙂

Post some result from 35 takumar
