negative flattening

Hey all, I was wondering what is the best way to flatten color negatives after they come back from the lab? I usually scan after a day or two in some sleeves but they still have a curl to them.

You mean lengthwise curl from getting the negatives back rolled up? Roll up the other way for a day or so.

There should be no crosswise curl from a lab. I'd talk to them or find another lab.
