Nowhere anything solid. If that film is important why don't you go with something you are sure about ?
 
and cut the test/dummy rolls in half, so you can make adjustments on the second half. After two development sessions you should be darned close on the important rolls.

I can tell you now tho that Neopan 400 won't make 800, so you can expect a loss of shadows and denser highlights.

I personally find the semi-stand technique works well, depending on subject matter, and really does give more speed. I can get up to about 500/640 real speed out of this fiml but no more. That's with Xtol 1+2.
