New 15mm Voigtlander Lens coding technique for M8

What are the various techniques that all of you have been using to code your new 15mm Voigtlander lens for your M8's. I have an immediate need and it looks like a Sharpie for now. Show photos of where the coding is and your favorite setting on the M8 lens detection function.

Well, thanks for the info. Yes, the Sharpie worked like a charm. Now I do not have an IR filter, but a Promaster Digital HGX filter, I guess like a skylight or UV filter. Now should I set it on UV/IR or Auto? I tried both settings and everything looks good.

An UV/IR that is recommended on an M8 is not an IR or UV filter. It is an IR-cut filter, which unless you have mounted, you should just have Lens Detection 'On', without the UV/IR. 🙂
