Conversion quality is great, on par with Capture One, better than CS2 (for me, YMMV) and Epson PhotoRAW (unless you prefer more noise over 800 ASA and less detail allround 🙂). That's in colour. I still like very much PhotoRAW for B&W (although Capture One comes close enough so that I only use Capture One)
