New case for a Canonet QL17 GIII?

I'm just in the process of running my first test roll through my newly acquired Canonet QL17 GIII. Mine didn't come with a case (though that seems to be a distinct advantage as they so badly degrade), so I was wondering what people have done about a new case for theirs...

I'd like to get something new, and looked at LowePro first. Doesn't seem to be anything the right kind of size in their range (all too big or too small). Want a snug fit but nothing fancy with loads of pockets, just some decent protection.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Let me know if you find out anything. I have a 28 which I believe is the same size that I'd like a case for.

Paul (Pesphoto) had a nice replacement case designed for the QL17 advertised in classifieds not too long ago. I didn't notice whether he sold it....

Personally, I'd do a lot of baywatching and be ready to pounce if something turns up that's in good shape. I prefer the original cases though, since those increase the value of the camera..

I'm not aware of anything that would precisely fit the Canonet, but here's what I use for my Leica M cameras and my Leica CL: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/75795-REG/Zing_Designs_575_102_AB1_Multi_Strap_Bag_Blue_.html and it should work for the Canonet as well without being too large, heavy or bulky. Note that it also comes in a grey/black finish.

I bought the large Zing bag with a draw string top for stashing my camera in my commuter bag. I liked it so much I bought the medium and small sizes as well. This Zing you linked to looks like just the thing for walkiing about on weekends. Thanks for the tip.

As for the original Canon camera case? Come on. Plastic, never easy to use, it's not been called a never-ready case for nothing. Strictly for collectors. IMHO
