New CineStill 120 Indiegogo Campaign

What about the normal day light film (50 ISO I think)? Yesterday I ordered one in 135mm.. is it great too or did I make a mistake and should buy 800 ISO tungsten stuff and use filters?

I've used both. The films are as different as night and day, literally!

Below are shots from rolls of the 50 daylight and the 800 tungsten. The web view of the first shot does not do justice to it. The 13x19 print is virtually grainless.

The second one shows what I believe they are talking about with the halo situation. It does not seem to occur on many shots, but here, you'll see the reddish glow around the high contrast neon lighting. I've seen the red glow in other night shots of very high contrast.

I was just joking. The problem will still be there, but I would expect it to be less noticeable. The light from highlights will still bleed into the surroundings the same distance as in 135 format, but because of larger negative size the bleeding will be proportionately less.

I sent email to Cinestill if they would consider selling 120 and 4x5 film with the remjet still on. No reply from them.
