Style? Why don't tell it fake? Like a plastic Dodge Challenger hull copy on a modern Mitsubishi drive and chassis. Why should one fake a car that way? Or a range finder?
It is both to make believe one can afford, love and have knowledge of old cars. (Of course he doesn't). Same for RF film cameras. He doesn't either, going that "style"

It looks neat I suppose, seems a bit clunky to put into your pocket. I do however really like the shutter button. If only it were a bit more practical. I feel like this would be something I'd buy, use and show to a few friends. Then take off and never touch again.
