Looks great to me too!

The Leica SL is more practical for my use, but I could see my way to using this if I could afford it. (I already had a full complement of lenses to use with the SL when I bought it... with this new camera, the body is only a starting point to what it would cost me.)

Nice piece, regardless. I look forward to seeing how the system develops.

It is expensive but worth it if it's used in business. I keep my digital stuff a long time so over many years it's not too bad! Wish I was young again!

To be honest I find that thing awesome .. not that I could buy one. It looks a bit like a digital Mamiya 7.
My fear is battery burn by the lots of data that needs processing and the limited space for a big battery. Also focus speed - with that size of sensor you need to be more precise so I bet it's slower than I'd like it to be.

I am impressed. SL is a roadkill. The lenses are reasonably priced too. For 50MP, that is just crazy "cheap"

Good job Hasselblad! The lack of a camera like this is honestly the main reason I am still shooting film. Large sensor in a small hand holdable body, and I assume awesome lenses. I have been waiting for a Mamiya 7 replacement and this seems to be it, the chrome and black even makes it look like a Champagne colored 7II! ...not that I'm going to dump all my Mamiya and Leica gear to get this, but it honestly sounds like a pretty reasonable thing to do. Hell, throw this thing on a multi-row pano head and can forget about shooting 4x5 too. Of course its not cheap, but honestly $14k for a body and the only two lenses I'd really need seems pretty reasonable, not that I can afford it. I'll probably wait for the 100mp version that I hope is a few years down the road, but honestly I'm sure 50mp would suit me just fine.

Sorry for rambling, but this is the most excited about a digital camera I have ever been!
