Those are raw scans from V850&SilverFast, 250D in C-41, IMO it's better than Portra. Plus I believe in C-41 you get better sensitivity, that's why there is CineStill 400D and 800T not 250D and 500T.

The ISO standards for still and cine film are different. ECN-2 is designed to be flatter with more highlight and shadow detail for color grading, and more exposure helps with this.
