New Info, RFF Book Project

Hi guys. I will be working with Gene to complete the RFF Book Project and thought the best place to start is to make sure that we have a complete list of everyone involved. Most of the work by the participants is done (there still are a few stragglers) but Gene and I need some basic info. Please send me an email:

with the following information.

1) Your complete name
2) Your RFF name
3) Your email address

I will be going through the info we have to see what is completed and what needs to be done. I believe there is a good list of the participants and the alternates. We will set a deadline for completion of the tasks (not yet, still need to organize ourselves before we ask you to meet a deadline) and will move to the alternates quickly to wrap this up as soon as possible after that.

So, we are moving again. Perhaps just crawling now, but we will be walking soon, and you know what comes after that.

Hi all,

One of the hardest things to get square from all the posts and updates is a list of all those who are formally in, and those who are alternates for this project. I think I have a good list, but I apologize, I may be missing somebody, or missed a change. There is a lot of work that has already been done so once I get over this initial hurdle this should go pretty fast. So, I am going to print a list here now and I ask that you please correct me. Here is what I need regarding responses.

If I list you as in, and you know you are in, do nothing

If I list you as in, and you dropped out for some reason, please tell me you are out

If I don’t list you as in and you are, stand up and be heard

If you are not listed as an alternate and you consider yourself one, same deal, speak up please. ( I suspect there will be a couple openings)

If you would like to be an alternate let me know that you would like to be a new addition to the alternate list.

Regarding the alternates list, I think that the more we have the better it is. It can be a gauge for those who would like there to be a second book.

Now, I will be putting together a spreadsheet showing what we have and what we don’t and share that with everyone as soon as possible. Most people have completed and submitted everything they were supposed to. Those of you who have not yet done this, man you have never seen nagging like you will from me 🙂. It is possible too that you have submitted some stuff that didn’t make it into the public folders. I apologize again, as I will have to ask you to resend your stuff.
