I am gong to pass on both.
The 35/1.8 sounds like a cheaper, slower and late-to-the-party alternative to the SIgma 30mm/1.4.
The CV 20/3.5 sound interesting, and I'm sure will be great with modern coatings, but how could it be than the Nikon 20/3.5 AI/AIS lenses?
I'm sure the CV will be better at infinity, but the old Nikon 20/3.5 has two things going for it:
1) Absolutely NO flare.
2) With a K1 ring, you can shoot wide angle close-ups, i.e., the perspective of a 20mm lens about 3 inches from your subject

That CV 20/3.5 is very interesting, but I shoot Canon now. Since Zeiss is starting to offer their lenses in EF mount, I wonder if Voigtlander will follow suit.
