In case you hadn't noticed yet, I've plunked a ton of new photos in my gallery. It's all work done with the R-D1 with a variety of lenses (Jupiter 8 50/2, M-Rokkor 40/2, CV25/4, Industar-50 50/3.5, Meyer Optik Lydith 30/3.5 with M42-L39 adapter) under a variety of circumstances (rainy, sunny, cloudy, dusk and dawn, at night). I hope you enjoy them, and forgive me for filling up the gallery once in a while. :)

Nice colors, crisp images. Some interesting, well-balanced compositions, too. Most pictures convey the atmosphere of the time of day and weather conditions very well.
I would have liked to see a few grainy black-and-white shots, though... ;)
How do you cope with the lack of proper wide-angle capability of the R-D1?
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers

Thanks, Vincent.

Aaah, wouldn't we all! :) Seriously, I'm not much a guy for grainy B&W shots. I appreciate others work in that fashion but personally I seem to be unable to shoot like that.

I don't, actually. My CV 25/4 turns into a 38 FoV, and that's as wide as I have. Last month I had the opportunity to try out LaptopRob's CV 15/4.5 and I'm tempted to get one. It'll give me a 22mm FoV, which is about as wide as I need.

Thanks for sharing.

Did it gladly.
