New summi!

Hello everyone,

I am new to RF's and RFF.com. I have spent the last couple of months mulling through pages and pages of pictures and great information and finally I am the proud new owner of my dream lens. Slowly and patiently I am trying to put together my first kit.

Lenses = 2
Cameras = 0

My love for photography has led me away from SLRs after shooting a few rolls on a borrowed M.

Welcome to RFF. Time to get a body and use those lenses. If there's to be no wide angle, an M3 will suit you admirably.

Ha, two lenses and no bodies.

When I decided to buy a Leica body I sold everything (well, a lot of stuff) and was the same way. Lenses sitting on a table waiting.

I started with an M2 and no lens. Then I saved up and went back for a 35mm Summaron. My M2 has been a companion through life; since then joined by other Leicas and lenses for them. Take your time and enjoy the process of deciding which body you want!
