I saw this exhibit, 'Radical Camera' last week. I recommend it highly, particulary for those not familar with the NY Photo League. Many fine images exhibited together with a lucid description of the challenges faced by its members.

I saw the exhibit about a month ago. Definitely worth seeing. I expect to be "surprised" tomorrow with a copy of the catalogue beneath my Xmas/Hanukkah bush. Not are the images powerful, but the explanations on the wall cards help to put the whole milieu into its proper social/historical context.

Excellent exhibit - I saw it two weeks ago. Catalog looks good, but stay away from the book "After Weegee" which a boring academic exploration of modern several photographers - I can barely read two pages before my eyelids get heavy and close.

Just got back from this Exhibit. Excellent! Highly recommended for anyone in NYC.
