Hi Frinds,
Great forum - have just bought beat up Canon VT Deluxe with 50 1.8 lens looks worst than it is - like to track down instructions & lenshood. Parted with an L1 a while back for modern gear - what a fool L1 blew everything else away!
Have very little use of my left hand but trigger wind a doddle so don't be put off. Spent today getting to know VT just a joy - will let you know how I go.
Cheers
John

manual might be available for purchase from 'photobooksonline', i can't seem to locate the url just now.
hood is for 40mm, usually can be found on ebay, from very cheap to expensive depending on the day. canon made a nice chrome one for 50mm & 35mm lenses.
welcome and welcome back to canon!

Welcome, John! I recall using a VT on loan many years ago, and rather liked it, and its trigger winder.
