Please be true! Integrated EVF - nice! Not really looking like an ugly Minolta Dimage (as they said it would) - nice! Still very compact - nice!
Please keep the articulated LCD though, I really liked that feature for candid shooting when I tried NEX-5.
Interesting two top dials...
The rumor: link.
Of course it's still a rumor (with ranking 4 out of 5), but I hope it's true.

Likely a Photoshop mock-up: the Power button says 'Off' and 'No'.
I guess some non-native English photoshopper mixed it up...

Yes, looks like a render. I did see the "No" possition on the dial
And it loks like the viewfinder is in the way, if it was to have an articulated screen.
Still, I do hope the camera will look somewhat like that, because that design is perfect (for me).
By the way, I also don't trust the button 8, looks a bit out of place, stolen off Nikon's Liveview/video record button.

Hmmm.. it does look a little too much like a render...
I'll believe it when I see it. At least Sony has some experience with built-in EVFs.

If the real thing is close to that, I'll be very glad I stuck with the NEX. My only problem with it is the placement of the movie button, which would be very accident prone.

As always I hope the EVF is usable. I tried out the EVF on a Sony A55 and it was awesome so I am hoping.

No interest At All Here in an External Viewfinder.
No interest At All Here in an External Viewfinder.
With the Clearviewer/Popup Hood Mod, I see no need whatsoever for an external viewfinder. Nex-3 is all I need.
I prefer to save my $$$ for other uses.

I don't need an EVF often, with the new firmware update with focus peaking. One advantage of an EVF as opposed to the clearview is that the eye is focused at infinity with the EVF.

I see what you mean, but that has not been a problem for me, it is pretty intuitive and straightforward to use.
No eyestrain at all. Personally, I don't care for any of the Nex bells and whistles, I turned it all off, and use it like a straight, manual (you set everything) camera, and I'm quite happy with my results. It tends to distract me from the subject at hand.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean?
Looking at an LCD your eye is focused at whatever distance the LCD is from your eyes; i.e., some might need reading glasses. Eyes are focused at infinity with an EVF, so no reading glasses needed in this usage.

When folded flat, it actually takes up very little space, and, the LCD has nearly twice the resolution of current EVFs. I don't think I'd choos an EVF over it, either.

I disagree. All I can say is it works for me.

I still prefer a good optical viewfinder to a pop-up solution on a swivel LCD (even though it recalls some of the charms of using medium format). I guess it's all about choice.
A NEX with integrated viewfinder would be really nice. That, and the Canon EF adapter with autofocus and aperture support currently under design at Conurus to protect investments into good lenses, and it'd be the first EVIl that I would seriously consider.

Whatever works for sure, but it looks like it adds a couple of inches of depth to the camera?
Do you hold it right up to your eye like you would a normal VF camera?

Or probably got confused with the orientation of the mock-up
Hope it does not retain the old body size of the current NEX... they're too small for their lenses!

Samsung were fools not to have considered/supported m-mount compatability for the NX10 lens mount. When this new NEX camera is released Samsung will know why they were fools.
My 2-year-old piggy bank is ready for this new NEX ... I hope it will not disappoint.
