Nicca IIIa rangefinder

I found this Nicca IIIa rangefinder with a Nikkor 5cm f2 lens. The bod looks good, but the lens is dented all around the front. It will focus and the aperture works. Actually the glass looks good.

The shutter works but it sound to me like it is stuck on one speed. Will a CLA fix this? thanks fo ryour help.

Why don't you take the lens off and watch the shutter first to see what's going on?

Did that....can't tell what is going on. All the settings sound the same speed.
