This isn't a "Nicca" from the company that made fine Leica copies. The "Color Optical Lens" is a giveaway for me - I have a couple of similar cameras with magazine names on them. They are really cheap plastic toy-like cameras that were given as "gifts" when a person subscribed to a magazine.

Nicely laid out, you can't even see the rangefinder window. None of the established camera makers know how to do that. 😀
