I dont know if this belongs here because I just overhauled a rigid LTM but I suppose its also applicable here since the optics are the same for the S-mount Nikkor collapsible 
I was expecting so-so performance but I was floored by its performance wide-open! it's not as bad as I expected specially considering that it's designed around 1937. the simple 4-element design reminds me of a Tessar but the 2nd element is not concave on both sides if I am not mistaken. does anybody have a technical drawing for the optics?
so far so good, i am going to take this thing for a film test sometime this week. the results that I got with my Bony a7 were surprisingly good
