Thank you mate, I appreciate all your support but I think I'm at a dead end right now. The little spring that was incorrectly latched didn't suppose any difference, the first curtain isn't releasing when it should.Could work if your phone can can capture about 100 frames per second. Curtain travel time is just 24ms. This might be useful:

I found a dead Nikon FA as a donor for the broken blades of my shutter with the titanium blades in perfect shape and the shutter working in manual mode but, as far as I know, the base plate for both shutter are the same but some internals are completely different, internals like the plate with the pins, the speed selection, the magnet to release the shutter instead of the mechanical release... so I don't know if I'll be able to use more pieces for my shutter.
I've tried to ask for help in a facebook group for repair cameras (learn camera repair group) but at the moment, everyone is referring to a problem with the pins that goes under the cam but anything more, nothing is clear, so I'll see what i do in the next days, maybe I'll assembly back the camera and store the camera in a shelf until I find new shutter parts.

The nearest thing to a replacement mechanism would be from a Yashica FX-3. The shutter mechanism is not identical as the FX-3 doesn't have the same range of speeds. But the bit you are interested in looks identical. I have a spare FX-3 shutter I can let you have for the cost of postage if you like. Send me a DM with your address and I'll check the postage cost if you're interested.

You are not gonna believe me, a few minutes ago i got back to work on the shutter again and when i cocked the shutter It made a strange noise, like a noisy "Clank" and now It works without problem, everytime the little pin goes under the cam and the first curtain releases every single time in every speed...The nearest thing to a replacement mechanism would be from a Yashica FX-3. Now I have to buy the dead FA to have new Titanium curtains

A little update meanwhile the broken FA arrives to extract it's shutter blades.
Yesterday I tried to measure the speeds of the shutter using an app for my phone that uses the sound to measure the time between each curtain release. Apart from the 1s that I messed up the first measure, the shutter looks healthy, even better than one of my FE-2
I repeat the 1s measure and is spot on
And the 1/1000s the app It self takes the spots and, although It looks like a mess, i repeat the measure a few times and everytime It looked the same
Now, i'm working with Arduino to build a proper shutter tester with a laser and a laser sensor and try again when i have the Titanium curtains installed in the shutter.
