Nikon lens helicoid lube

I picked up a 50 1.4 AI Nikkor and want to relube the threads. Does anyone know which grease gives the best results please?

Along with it I got an 85mm 1.8 K series which has the factory Ai kit fitted. There was some small fungus in the lens which I cleaned off with some nose grease, reassembled and tested. What a great lens! Easily as good as my old Zuiko 85mm. I think along with my 28mm AIS I've found my favorite lens kit.

The 28 is so good I'm seriously thinking of selling my 35 summicron asph. I haven't used it for 8 months!

Sorry I should have said, I cleaned off the fungus first then cleaned off the glass with alcohol and lens cleaner.
I know many grease types work but I was looking for a specific recommendation that would achieve a comparible result to standard Nikon. I do know it has to resist change in viscosity with temp.

I use a synthetic, called "Synco" from Micro Tools. Whe I first tried it I thought it was too thin, but once I applied it to a couple lenses I rebuilt, I found it to have the perfect viscosity and damping for my taste. So far I have not found that it migrates, and viscosity seems pretty constant with temperature (though I have not been out in anything below the forties).
