Nikon photomic T finder

The problem is almost impossible to repair.
Nikon destroyed the parts, decades ago.
The carbon resistor with brushes is main culprit.
i gave up!:bang:
Bought a F3 instead.
There is a Repair manual on internet,Google.
Lucky I have a plain SLR prism.:D

Some years ago there was a company that rebuilt my Photomic T. I don't remember the name but I'll try to look it up. I think there are still places out there that can repair this meter. They have some method of rebuilding the part Nikon will no longer supply. A Nikon F Photomic T was my first good camera, still have it. It will probably outlast me. Now if someone could take the meter out of my Nikon N90s and stuff it in a Nikon F Photomic head that would be wonderful. Joe
