Anybody seen a parts manual For a NIKON S. I disassembled my NIKON S to repair the shutter, but a small part fell out and I can't figure out where it goes.

by the way, the easiest way I find is to NOT remove both the shutter and the ribbon. replace each one at a time. 😱😱😱 this is just me.

I have an S/S2 repair manual in my briefcase. Has some exploded views (mostly S2). Post a picture of the part.

just answered the OP's problem in FB 😱😱😱

its the tiny metal contact for the sync 🙄
