It won't fit as it is.. Whether or not there is an adapter I don't know..

No go without some severe modification. Brian S. could probably do it, but us mere mortals, no.

There's an interesting thread on the MS-Mode lens in the Nikon forum that fits in an adapter for both S mount and LTM.
